Celine Varghese-Fell is the Federal Labor Candidate for Warringah.

Celine is working for Warringah. Celine is a proud local, having moved to Australia over 20 years ago, and living with her husband in Balgowlah.  

Celine is active in local community groups and is a member of the Amnesty International Manly Branch. Celine works as the director of a local OOSH service for the Manly Village School, and is passionate about education and learning, helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow. 

The values of hard work and duty run deep in Celine’s involvement with the community, and she’s dedicated to building a better future for Warringah.
