Bill was born in Melbourne and his family have lived in the region for well over 50 years. Bill, his wife Caroline and their family have lived in the Seymour-Broadford-Kilmore area since the 1980s.
Bill was Councillor for the Mitchell Shire and has a long record of volunteering in his local community. Bill is a geophysicist and ran his own geophysical consulting company. Bill was the Director of the Army Simulation Office at Puckapunyal Military Base and worked in the Australian Public Service in Canberra for the Department of Primary Industries and Energy.
Bill's family have lived in the regions for generations and have dedicated themselves to public service as well. Bill continues this legacy through his commitment to community advocacy and engagement and his desire to serve the electors of Nicholls as their representative in the next federal parliament.
